In your choice city (US only), I will provide you 1 listing with proposed listing pricing and comps around said property, to BNB arbitrage. The property will be given to you ready to sign a corporate lease to expand your airbnb business. 

Proposed listing prices will be based on research of comps and a mid range (Not Luxury but not a basic quick stay) comfortable, furnished property.

Listings can be in any housing type: House, town house or condo. We are not servicing any apartments at this time. Diversity will also be applied to the options for leasing whether by direct owner of a home or provided by property management companies.
